Bffls + Balloons + Sam the bloody lame comedian falling into the drain + YanYun and her Marco Polo shit + almost choking on lollipops + Melitoot and her black FBT + Plastic bag underwear + Sam {again} and her screamy laughter + Volleyball + Ah Heng/ HENG AHH {inside joke} + Alot lot LOTTT more 
= Yesterday's training + stomach pain from laughing so much.
